Phase 3 was painting the walls, cupboards, ceiling, and trim.

It's amazing what a little paint can do to an outdated kitchen. Sure wish it could make the kitchen bigger! Phase 4, new baseboards and trim around the back splash, should complete the makeover.
Then, it's on to the nursery!
Oh, your kitchen looks as "cozy" as mine!! Seriously, though, mine is smaller (yes, I know, hard to believe... but it is!!) The tragedy of my situation is that I am MARRIED to a cabinet-maker!!!! It is just NOT right! (although, in all fairness to my husband, the kitchen was that small when we moved in, and we do have a great big remodel/addition planned for sometime in the future.) Until then, we affectionately refer to our galley kitchen as a "two-butt" kitchen. You cannot have any more than two(average-sized) bodies in it at one time!
ReplyDeleteWay to go on your kitchen make-over! We finished our house-remodel phase #1 (new living room/ dinig room area) this spring and I am LOVING the extra room!

P.S. The nursery is the REALLY fun room to work on! I can't wait to see pics of yours! :)
