Lord help us

It's a girl!

I had another ultrasound yesterday because the doctor didn't see everything she wanted to see in the first ultrasound, and also the baby is a bit on the small side, so she wanted to check her growth. The big news is, the technician says it's a girl! And the good news is, though small, she is growing and appears to be developing normally.
Only 3 months to go! And so much to get done...sewing projects...finding a spot for the baby in Brett's room...Christmas shopping... After last year, I'm determined to be ready for Christmas before the baby arrives!

a glimpse of what is to come?

Brett has been such an easy going happy baby. But I have a feeling we will have our work cut out for us in the years to come. I've started to have to use my firm voice. With the sternest "no" I can muster up, he looks at me and laughs. And check out his social skills...

We are excited to see him making progress toward crawling!
